Сигнал из милиции (roughly translated as ‘The Sound from the Police’ and pronounced as ‘Signal iz Militsii’) is a project of the DJ, collector, and Kyiv legend Andriy Shcherbyna, also known as Kirpich Soundsystem and Одинокий Пастух 2000, dedicated to the Soviet underground music of the 80s and early 90s.
